Assistant Director of Weakley County Schools Betsi Foster added, "Our teachers, instructional leaders and coaches, and educational assistants all work together every day to make sure that students at every level of learning have the opportunity to start from where they are and get better. The Level 5 is proof that our strategies work, and kids reap the rewards. "
