Pre-Kindergarten at Weakley County Schools

We are excited to offer a welcoming and engaging Pre-K experience for our little learners who will turn 4 on or before August 15th!

Our programs provide a nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive while developing essential early learning skills. We believe in meeting children where they are at and developing their skills through activities tailored to their specific needs.

Enrollment is based on income eligibility set by the Department of Health and Human Services with each classroom having a 20-student limit, ensuring personalized attention for each student. We encourage all families who are interested to apply!

🎨 Wondering What Your Child Will Experience?
Our Pre-K classrooms are filled with play-based, developmentally appropriate learning activities designed to help children:
βœ… Build confidence and independence
βœ… Develop social skills and friendships
βœ… Strengthen early literacy and math skills
βœ… Explore creativity through hands-on activities
βœ… Learn routines that set the foundation for future success

We believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. For our little ones, that includes lots of play and movement!

Have a little one younger than the age of 4? We'd love to see you at our Early Childhood Resource Center, where we offer free help and activities to support those little minds in some of their most important years. You can read more about it by clicking here.
